We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations & Development Manager in the Tenancy Enforcement, Sustainment and Fraud Team.
The post offers the successful applicant the opportunity to take a hugely important managerial role in this established team. You will manage the operational delivery of the Tenancy Enforcement, Sustainment and Fraud Team, as well as taking responsibility for the strategic vision for the service.
You will be responsible for leading the tenancy enforcement, management and fraud functions. It is crucial that the Housing Service make timely and effective use of the full range of tools and legal powers available to address anti-social behaviour (ASB) and manage and protect our housing stock. You will drive and improve practice regarding how we improve our response to victims and perpetrators, improve our investigations and ultimately deliver improved outcomes for tenants.
Location: The is primarily office based and will require travel to and work in different locations across Sheffield.
1. You will have proven achievements as a manager in a related field. This will include significant experience of performance management, service improvement, and the ability to lead, organise, motivate and technically support officers to achieve good outcomes.
2. You will lead on the review and development of service wide policies and procedures and system processes in relation to Tenancy Enforcement, Tenancy Management and Housing Fraud.
3. You will have experience of working with a range of internal stakeholders and partner agencies to deliver strategic outcomes.
4. You will be responsible for making decisions about escalation of cases for timely legal action and ensure the team produce high quality casework and reports.
