Join Our Team as a Commercial Support Executive The Role As a Commercial Support Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting our Commercial Team. You'll provide technical assistance across a variety of tasks, including bids and tenders, contract reviews, and data reporting. This is a dynamic role that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset. Key Responsibilities Support the Bids & Tender Executive with responses to RFI, ITT, and other bid-related documents Maintain the Bids & Tender information library on SharePoint Review contracts, NDAs, SLAs, and Codes of Conduct, liaising with legal counsel as needed Respond to supplier and customer questionnaires Assist with tender coding and price comparisons Monitor and manage the Sales Support & Admin ticketing system Ensure up-to-date policy and accreditation visibility for the Commercial Team Handle account administration including customer setup and contract creation Prepare and distribute regular data reports (daily, weekly, monthly) What We're Looking For Essential Experience & Skills Proven experience in Sales, Contracts, Bids & Tenders Management Strong understanding of legal documents and proof-reading tenders High business acumen and ability to communicate at all levels Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines Self-management and advanced Word/Excel skills Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities Desirable Industry experience and background in a Commercial Function Contract Management experience Experience in writing bids and tenders Personal Attributes Proactive and self-motivated Honest, with high integrity Calm and adaptable under pressure Positive attitude with a good sense of humour Flexible and enthusiastic with a “can do” approach
