About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you’ll take responsibility for the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of our residents, including assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, personal hygiene and meals) and supporting general activities within the home. You’ll provide care with dignity and individuality, helping residents with limited mobility, offering comfort to those in distress, and providing compassionate end-of-life care, always prioritising wellbeing.
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. You should recognise signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise. All colleagues must attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and undertake additional training as needed, including seeking appropriate advice and reporting concerns or escalation when necessary.

Requirements
