Our international banking client are seeking to appoint a Lending Mortgage Specialist.
This role would ideally suit a candidate looking for the next step in their banking/lending career in an organisation where there is plenty of opportunity to progress.
Your responsibilities will include working as part of a busy front office lending team, meeting clients, answering queries and reviewing mortgage and loan applications. You will be reviewing and renewing existing loan facilities, presenting cases at the bank's credit committee, as well as assisting other Lending Officers in the approval and conclusion of the facilities they underwrite.
Your qualifications and skills include a minimum of 2 years' finance/banking/lending experience (or equivalent), be prepared to undertake a qualification e.g. CEMAP, with excellent administration skills, speed, accuracy and reliability, with excellent communication skills.
