Location: Horsham, West Sussex Area
Salary: £16.78 per hour weekdays and £19.01 per hour weekends (Time and a half on bank holidays)

Theyre looking for a compassionate, client-focused Support Worker to join a dedicated team supporting a young gentleman who enjoys engaging conversation, social outings, and being part of the community. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, friendly and genuinely committed to making a positive impact in someones everyday life. You will be assisting the client with his care, independence and day-to-day support within his own home, working closely with a supportive and experienced care team.
The client is a 20-year-old gentleman with cerebral palsy. He lives with his lovely family in Horsham and enjoys the company of others. He is very sociable and has a great sense of humour.
