We are working with a well-established, independent commercial property investment and development agency to find an ambitious Commercial Investment Agent for their London office. This is a rare opportunity to join a reputable team handling commercial investment and disposals across London and the UK.
Key responsibilities of the Commercial Investment Agent: Source, analyse, and secure commercial investment opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with developers, funds, and investors.
Prepare investment appraisals, pricing strategies, due diligence, and financial models.
Negotiate and structure deals through to completion.
Stay up-to-date on market trends and off-market opportunities.
Represent the agency in client meetings and provide strategic advice.
Whats on offer: Base Salary £60,000 - £70,000.
Uncapped commission with strong earnings potential.
Access to high-quality deal flow, including off-market opportunities.
Requirements for the Commercial Investment Agent: 24 years experience in commercial property investment, acquisitions, or disposals.
Chartered Surveyor/RICS qualified.
Proven deal track record and strong financial analysis skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
Commercial awareness and knowledge of UK investment/development markets.
