Financial Planning Administrator

A chartered and professional Financial Planning firm have a client support and administration opportunity.
Responsibilities include:
Experience of working within an IFA/ financial planning firm in an administrative role supporting Financial Advisers or Financial Planners.
Maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
Point of contact for client servicing and new business queries.
Provide support for client meetings.
Request policy information from providers.
Coordinate and produce client valuations.
Maintain client records in accordance with internal compliance requirements.
Manage workload to ensure all activities are timely and compliant.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience gained in an IFA administration or Financial Planning support role.
Organisation and prioritisation skills being able to work independently and within a team.
An understanding and good working knowledge of pensions and investments.
