We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join a growing FMCG / Fresh Produce organisation based in Maidstone. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for someone who can lead key customer accounts, drive commercial strategy, and deliver strong sales, volume, and margin growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow major retail/customer accounts

Deliver category strategy and data-led commercial plans
*
Build strong relationships with customer commercial, supply chain & technical teams
*
Lead product development and promotional plans
*
Analyse sales, market trends & competitor activity
*
Manage cost-saving projects & supply chain improvements
*
Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting
*
Lead customer reviews and ensure clear follow-up actions
Skills & Experience:

Experience in FMCG, food, or fresh produce account/category management
*
Strong commercial, analytical, and forecasting skills
*
Confident communicator capable of influencing stakeholders
*
Highly organised, proactive, and solution focused
*
Skilled in Microsoft Office and handling large data sets
