This permanent role involves overseeing the efficient operation of two key contracts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services in line with regulatory standards.
We seek candidates with proven experience in achieving CQC Good or Outstanding standards, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in care.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop outcome-based, personalized care services
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legislation
* Assess care needs and allocate resources effectively
* Lead recruitment, supervision, and staff development
* Manage staffing levels, absences, and business continuity
* Address safeguarding concerns and handle complaints appropriately
* Coordinate training and liaise with recruitment and training teams
* Conduct appraisals and performance reviews
* Continuously improve and diversify services through benchmarking
* Ensure staff training complies with policies
* Build community partnerships for personalized support
* Engage with local education, charity, and social organizations to promote knowledge sharing about care journeys
Skills & Experience
* Leadership and management experience in a regulated service
* Background in stakeholder engagement within regulated sectors
* Management qualification (desirable)
* Experience in domiciliary care within regulated environments
* Knowledge of electronic care management systems
* Strong understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2024, Standards, and KLOEs
* Commitment to high-quality care and continuous improvement
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Reside within a reasonable commute of East Anglia
* Qualified or working towards Level 5 in Health & Social Care
* Ability to pass governance and compliance checks, including references and DBS
