Legal Secretary - Wills, Trusts & Probate

Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Location: Southampton outskirts
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Office-based

Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their busy and growing Private Client department, specialising in Wills, Trusts, and Probate. This is an excellent opportunity to become a key member of a supportive, professional team within a well-established firm.

You'll play an integral role in ensuring the smooth running of the department, providing exceptional administrative and client support in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing client files and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Providing high-quality client care and acting as a key point of contact.
Preparing, formatting, and amending legal documents.
Managing diaries and scheduling appointments.
Handling client correspondence via telephone, email, and in person.
Performing general administrative duties to support fee earners.About You:

Previous experience as a Legal Secretary.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Proactive, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
