Who are we?

Founded in 1992 and with over 250 employees, Galliard Homes is London’s largest privately owned property development and management group overseeing residential, hospitality, mixed-use, and commercial projects across London, the Home Counties, and the Midlands.

Alongside our ongoing development activity, Galliard is committed to ensuring the safety and integrity of the buildings we have delivered. As a signatory to the Government’s Developer Remediation Contract, we have taken responsibility for identifying and remediating life-critical fire safety defects within our portfolio of high-rise residential buildings.

This commitment has led to the creation of a dedicated Building Safety team, focused on delivering complex cladding remediation schemes safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with current legislation.
