The OpportunityThis HealthTechpany is seeking a Content Marketing Executive to own the creation and distribution of high-impact B2B content that demonstrates the real-world value of preventative health technology. This is a critical hire at an exciting moment in thepany’s growth, with immediate scope to shape the content strategy and produce substantive work from day one.You will write long-form content including white papers and health economics narratives, developpelling case studies from the customer base, and create sales enablement materials that directly support pipeline generation. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running and work at pace withoutpromising on quality.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation
6. Research and write white papers and in-depth reports that translate health data intopelling narratives
7. Write engaging case studies that showcase customer success and drive lead generation
8. Develop content for LinkedIn, website, sales materials, and marketing campaigns
9. Create ebooks, one-pagers, and other marketing collateral
10. Ensure all content is accurate,pelling, and on-brand
Customer Engagement
11. Build relationships with customers to identify and capture success stories
12. Conduct interviews with stakeholders to extractpelling narratives
13. Identify impactful data points and testimonials that demonstrate value
14. Maintain regular contact with key accounts to generate ongoing content
Content Distribution
15. Work with the marketing team to maximise reach and engagement across channels
16. Support the sales team with relevant content for their pipelines
17. Track content performance and engagement metrics
Meeting Targets
18. Deliver against agreed content targets and KPIs
19. Work to quick turnaround times while maintaining quality
20. Manage multiple content projects simultaneously
Ideal Candidate ProfileEssential Requirements
21. Strong academic background (degree level or equivalent)
22. B2B content marketing experience, specifically long-form copywriting and whitepaper production
23. Healthcare, HealthTech, MedTech, Life Science, Pharma or Biotech sector knowledge/experience
24. Proven ability to translateplex data and insights into clear, meaningful narratives
25. Experience with case study creation and sales enablement content
26. Ability to build relationships and extract stories from customers
27. 2+ years’ experience in a content creation or marketing role
28. Excellent writtenmunication skills with exceptional attention to detail
29. High energy with a sense of urgency:fortable with quick turnarounds
30. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
31. Organised with strong project management skills
Preferred Experience
32. Experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
33. Understanding of LinkedIn and social media marketing
