Partnership Opportunity: Join Sprouto as a Partner Director

Build Your Own Business in AI & Software Development


Are you a motivated sales or business development professional with experience in tech, IT, or digital solutions? Do you want to go beyond a typical sales role and build your own business with the backing of one of the UK’s fastest-growing software companies?

We’re looking for a self-employed Partner Director to join us on this journey. As a partner, you’ll be building your own portfolio of clients while leveraging our global team, leading AI experts, and end-to-end delivery support. Your Role as a Partner:


* Build and manage your own portfolio of clients in key sectors (finance, healthcare, retail, tech, and more)
* Introduce businesses to Sprouto’s subscription-based development plans
* Leverage Sprouto’s resources to deliver enterprise-grade solutions without operational headaches
* Represent Sprouto at networking events, trade shows, and through your own outreach
* Develop long-term relationships that create recurring revenue streams


What We’re Looking For:


* A background in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in tech/IT)
* Entrepreneurial drive and a self-starter mindset
* Strong relationship-building, communication, and closing skills
* Ability to work independently while leveraging team support
* Ambition to grow your own business in partnership with a global software talent company
