Position: IFA Administrator
Location: Guildford, Surrey (3 days per week working from home)
Minimum Requirements: 2 years’ IFA administration experience; Strong platforms knowledge; Intelligent Office experience
Salary/package: Up to £35,000 bonus 25 days' AL pension (6%, 6%) study support IP DIS career progression free parking

THE ROLE:
Reporting to the firm’s Head of Administration, the IFA Administrator's key duties will include:
1. Producing and updating client portfolio reports through the back office system.
2. Assisting in annual review preparations and working closely with paraplanners and advisers.
3. Speaking to insurance companies and providers, obtaining information on clients’ plans.
4. Assisting the team with business processing to include areas such as; implementing fund switches on client’s portfolios, setting up new investments and pensions for clients etc.
