Role - Project Support Administrator
Are you looking for your next step in your career? We are currently looking to recruit a Project Support Administrator to coordinate project activities. You will manage schedules, arrange assignments, and communicate progress to all team members
Key Accountabilities
* Assist Project Manager in all administrative functions and processes
* Monitor all progression of a project, keeping all synchronised and progressing forward
* Prepare, organise and distribute all project materials
* Maintain budget forecasts and assess for possible risks or setbacks
* Attend Project meetings and take minutes/notes of the meeting
* Measure and track project performance against plan - KPI's
Qualifications /Experience Required / Person Attributes
* Work experience as a Project Administrator or similar role
* Time management skills
* Business Admin qualification
