We are hiring for our client, a rapidly expanding food manufacturer based in Co. Down. They are in search of a seasoned Technical Manager to lead their multidisciplinary Technical teams. This vital role encompasses ensuring compliance with food safety standards, managing supplier relationships, and overseeing the day-to-day technical management of ingredient approval, production, and distribution. The successful candidate will demonstrate robust leadership, project management, and technical skills within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

The Role:
* Champion food-specific legal compliance, ensuring all products meet the highest standards of safety and quality.
* Oversee service supplier management to maintain productive and efficient partnerships.
