We are so excited to continue collaborating with a luxury boutique hotel based in the heart of the Cotswolds. They are looking for a talented Head Chef to lead the small but mighty team of their 2 Rosette restaurant.

* £50,000 per annum plus a bonus and £3,500 service charge
* Working 45 hours per week
* Full menu autonomy

Responsibilities as the Head Chef…
* Creating a variety of delicious dishes which celebrate sustainability
* Letting your creative juices flow as you make the most of the hotel's access to fresh, locally sourced ingredients
* Helping create a positive working environment as the team push the standards
* Passing on your culinary expertise to the more junior chefs in the kitchen
* Showcasing your kitchen management skills and encouraging excellence
