Reporting directly to the UK & Ireland sales team and working closely with marketing and business development, you will be responsible for:
* Generating new business opportunities through cold calling and outbound email activities
* Identifying and qualifying prospects in the hospitality sector (hotels, operators, developers, and owners)
* Organizing qualified meetings for the Business Development team
* Managing and maintaining the company CRM, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and updates
* Creating and segmenting target databases (hotel groups, operators, consultants, owners)
* Monitoring sales activities and pipeline progress
* Conducting market research and mapping key stakeholders in the UK & Ireland hospitality sector
* Identifying decision makers (owners, operators, asset managers, project teams)
* Supporting outbound campaigns and marketing activities (email marketing, LinkedIn outreach)
* Coordinating follow-ups from events, webinars, and inbound leads
* Reporting sales activities and monitoring performance KPIs
Requirements
* 2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, SDR, or Lead Generation roles
* Strong attitude toward cold calling and outbound outreach
* Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, especially in data management
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proactive, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Nice to Have
* Experience in hospitality, proptech, or B2B technology sectors
* Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach platforms
* Understanding of sales funnel and pipeline management processes
* Experience supporting marketing campaigns and digital activities
