We are looking for a Project Lead to support housing projects in the Homes and Places directorate with the planning and logistics manager, ensuring timely, on-budget, high-quality results. The role focuses on digital transformation projects that enhance customer outcomes and operational efficiency.
What you'll be doing
*
Deliver and lead projects from business case through to benefits realisation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
*
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
*
Lead cross-functional teams, including internal staff, contractors, and consultants, to deliver project milestones.
*
Monitor project timelines, and quality metrics, reporting progress to Planning and logistics Manager and other senior stakeholders.
*
Support the development of dashboards with the performance analyst and reporting tools to track delivery and impact and carry out system changes and configuration updates in line project requirements
What we are looking for
*
Experience in project work and project delivery
*
Proven experience delivering housing, asset, or transformation projects in a formal project management environment.
*
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
*
Knowledge of Open Housing, Total Mobile, DRS, Salesforce, diagnostic scripting or similar systems
*
Proven experience of Performance reporting.
*
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work co-operatively with others to complete. tasks, influence ownership and ensure compliance requirements.

25 days annual leave per annum, plus bank holidays, 3 extra days between Christmas and New Year and 1 wellbeing day per annum.

37 hours per week - employees may be able to work flexibly by agreement with their line manager, taking account of business need. We operate a hybrid working policy at CHP.
