Our Finance Function Support team is a fast-growing national service line, dedicated to helping private businesses across the UK manage their finance operations more effectively. As part of this team, you’ll be joining a collaborative and forward-thinking group that supports clients with their day-to-day finance needs, compliance, and strategic growth.
You will be a key member of the growing Company Secretarial national team, with a focus on providing administrative support to the senior management team along with providing general company secretarial compliance support to our clients.

By joining our Finance Function Support team, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact—as part of this role you will be expected to support the management team with:
1. drafting client proposals (for which an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint is essential);
2. attending to and coordinating diary management for internal and external meetings;
3. attending to the team’s incoming and outgoing post;
4. assisting with client ledger management and raising client fee notes;
5. attending to internal filing matters and client filings with Companies House;
6. assisting with client onboarding matters and preparing letters of engagement; and
7. any other ad hoc matters of an administrative nature required from time to time.

8. Education to at least A Level standard or equivalent, with at least grade B GCSE Level in English Language and Maths.
9. An ability to work on one’s own initiative and as part of a team.
10. An ability to work under pressure.
11. Strong project management and organisational skills.
12. Strong oral and written communication skills.
13. Experience of Microsoft Office (with high competency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
