The Role – We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Processing and Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Bolton Kia. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating new vehicle deliveries and used vehicle processing, maintaining accurate records and documentation. In addition, this role will oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the dealership facilities.
This key position requires an individual with exceptional organisational skills who can multitask effectively and who has a proactive approach. They must also hold a full UK Driving license.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
·Manage and coordinate the delivery and collection of vehicles for the dealership.
·Inspect incoming vehicles for damage and ensure they meet our quality standards.
·Communicate with transporters, suppliers and internal teams to facilitate the arrival process.
·Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to vehicle arrivals
·Daily coordination with Sales and Aftersales to ensure timely and accurate delivery of vehicles to relevant departments.
·Conduct the used car auction process
·Manage vehicle progressor team, providing support and guidance when necessary.
·Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the dealership facilities
·Liaise with service providers for facility repairs and maintenance.
·Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations within the dealership premises.
Requirements
·Valid full UK Driving License is essential.
·Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
·Excellent organisational and communications skills
·Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
·Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
·Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Location
The Bolton Kia dealership spans across two separate buildings, both based on Middlebrook Retail Park, with free parking, located off Junction 6 of the M61. The nearest train station is Horwich Parkway.
