Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Lawyer to step into a Conveyancing Team Leader role with the option to work on a hybrid basis or fully remote. This is a progressive law firm that places a strong emphasis on staff wellbeing, career development and delivering high-quality conveyancing services.
Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise a small team of four staff, made up of both earners and support staff.
* Handle a manageable caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold transactions, property sales and purchases, remortgages and all other aspects of the residential conveyancing process from instruction through to completion.
* Maintain quality, efficiency and excellent client service by ensuring a controlled caseload (the firm ensures no lawyer is burdened with more than 70 live files).
* While the role is primarily focused on residential conveyancing, there is scope to be involved in commercial property work if you bring experience in this area.
