Join our Mobile Technical Team in Plymouth, where you'll assist customers over the phone with various mobile tech-related queries. You might help with simple device questions or more complex issues to keep customers connected with loved ones. The role is dynamic and varied.
No specific experience is required. If you're naturally helpful, calm, and good at building relationships, we can train you on the rest.
