Teamforce Labour are currently recruiting experienced PTS Civils Site Supervisors for long-term rail infrastructure and civil engineering projects across Kent/Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team delivering a range of rail and civil engineering works with consistent workload and long-term prospects.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities on rail civil engineering projects.
* Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.
* Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, and operatives.
* Conduct site briefings, toolbox talks, and safety inspections.
* Ensure compliance with Network Rail standards, company procedures, and health & safety legislation.
* Monitor progress against programme and report on site performance.
* Complete site documentation including permits, inspections, and daily records.
* Liaise with clients, project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
* Identify and resolve site issues to maintain programme delivery.
Requirements
* Valid PTS certification.
* Previous experience supervising rail civil engineering projects.
* Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and site management.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage multiple work activities and site teams.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
