As a PMLD Tutor, you’ll be at the heart of something truly special—designing and delivering personalised, multi-sensory learning experiences that empower learners with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) to thrive.

What You'll Do
1. Craft imaginative, engaging lesson plans tailored to each learner’s unique developmental and communication needs
2. Bring EHCP outcomes to life through purposeful, achievable short-term targets
3. Champion alternative communication tools like PECS, Makaton, eye gaze, and switch technology
4. Lead nurturing AM and PM tutorial sessions, fostering a structured and safe environment
5. Keep clear, accurate records that celebrate progress and shape future learning

What We’re Looking For
6. A Level 4 teaching qualification (or higher)
7. Confident communication in English and numeracy (Level 2 )
8. A full, valid driving licence
9. A flexible, can-do attitude and a willingness to attend occasional team meetings outside regular hours
10. A hunger for ongoing learning and professional development
Experience working with PMLD, complex needs, or severe learning disabilities is essential—and if you bring warmth, resilience, and creativity, you'll feel right at home here.
