Commis Chef

We are looking for a commis chef who can act in a supporting role to the Head chef and sous chef to provide with assistance is prepping, cooking and maintaining the kitchen.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. The qualities ideal candidates will possess include (but are not limited to):
* Current/previous experience in a similar busy, high-end restaurant environment.
* A minimum of 1 year's cooking experience in a busy restaurant
* Happy to help with the dishes
* Good knowledge and passion for excellent food.
* A pro-active, can-do attitude
* Initiative and drive to get things done in a professional manner and within set timescales
* Confidence and adaptability in the way they give and receive instructions to the team and from senior management.
* Manage the daily health and safety protocols at the site.
