We are currently seeking a Diploma qualified candidate to operate within this highly successful IFA Practice. The role will involve supporting the Financial Planners within the business to effectively and efficiently carry out all designated assignments. This role will be based in St Albans. Herts

Main Responsibilities include:

Ensuring all client administration is carried out in accordance with the firm's existing procedures;

To researches and analyse data on behalf of the other members of your team;

Be responsible for keeping up to date with all technical and regulatory changes within the industry;

To be a point of reference for junior staff, acting as a mentor;

Maintain the client and Firm's files in a well presented, accurate and compliant manner.

Skills and Experience:

Excellent skills, and proficient in all Microsoft Packages;

Diploma in Financial Planning;

Previous history of management or mentoring within a technical role;

Experience of dealing with colleagues and clients from all backgrounds. A track record of exemplary customer service is crucial for this role;

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;

Excellent organisational skills, ability to work to tight deadlines and a positive can do attitude
