Support the Operations Manager in their day-to-day role through delivering excellent customer service face-to-face, over the phone or via email.

Requirements:
* Full UK Driving license
* Have genuine commitment to delivering first class customer service
* Experience as a Service Advisor/Team Leader with parts catalogue knowledge (desirable)
* A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry (desirable)
* Ability to explain technical information to colleagues and customers
* Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
* Strong organisational, decision making, and problem-solving skills
