Key Responsibilities Process supplier invoices and manage weekly payment runs. Reconcile supplier statements and manage petty cash. Maintain the purchase ledger, monitor outstanding POs, and manage GRNI. Organise and control staff travel expense forms. Log and distribute incoming mail. Set up new suppliers and WBS structures in SAP (for staff, trade shows, etc.). Release back charges and manage recurring journals. Support with month-end reconciliations and breakdowns. Who Youll Work With Reporting to the Financial Accountant, youll collaborate closely with: CFO (Australia), General Manager (Europe), and Business Managers. Internal teams including quality, safety, and INT Group Finance. External suppliers and auditors to ensure smooth and accurate financial transactions. What Were Looking For Experience in a finance or accounts environment (ideally in manufacturing). Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Advanced computer literacy (SAP and Microsoft Excel in particular). Highly organised, team-oriented and calm under pressure. Desirable Traits A flexible, can-do attitude. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Confident juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.
