Busy Bees, the UK’s leading nursery group, is looking for an exceptional Nursery Manager to lead our Outstanding-rated nursery in Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality childcare, inspiring teams, and giving children the very best start in life.
If you hold a Level 3 childcare qualification and have at least two years’ leadership experience in an early years setting, we would love to hear from you.

About Our Busy Bees Rugby Nursery
Our Busy Bees Rugby nursery is a purpose-built, Ofsted Outstanding setting with capacity for 84 children. You’ll be leading a dedicated and experienced team in a welcoming environment that prioritises quality, consistency, and strong relationships with families.
