About the Role You will be working closely with four pupils who require additional support, including two non-verbal students. These children present with challenging behaviours, and each will need tailored assistance to help them engage fully in their learning. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and small group support, both inside and outside the classroom. Implement individualised behaviour management strategies to promote positive engagement. Support pupils' academic progress while fostering their social and emotional development. Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to maintain a structured, supportive learning environment.
