Role
Upon joining this highly regarded and dynamic Private Client department, you will work across a broad, varied caseload advising families, business owners, entrepreneurs and HNW individuals. This role offers hands-on exposure to:
* Asset protection and estate planning
* Business continuity and succession
* Trusts and executries
* Tax considerations
* Powers of attorney and guardianship matters
From smaller family estates to complex high-value trusts, the breadth of work ensures depth and diversity in your practice, giving you the experience needed to build a name in the Private Client space. You’ll also be encouraged to manage your own clients and cases with increasing autonomy and influence.
Your Experience
* An England & Wales qualified Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE) with relevant Private Client experience
* Comfortable managing your own caseload
* An excellent communicator with a commercial mindset
* Empathetic, with a genuine interest in long-term client relationships
* Looking to grow your expertise and reputation within a collaborative and progressive firm
