Shifts: 2 days on (including sleep nights), 4 days off
We’re looking for a Senior Residential Support Worker to join our dedicated team, based at our solo home in Morecambe. Our solo holes enable us to provide EBD support and look after children and young people in a safe, caring, and structured home environment.

11. A minimum of 12 months experience in an Ofsted registered residential children's home
12. A level 3 diploma (or above) in Residential Childcare (or an accepted equivalent). Applications may be considered for candidates that are close to achieving the diploma
13. A full UK driving licence – essential for transporting young people and attending external meetings
14. A calm, resilient, and compassionate approach to care
15. Be able to work shift patterns including sleep ins (Rota plan given in advance but likely to be 2 on 4 off)
