Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated evening Cleaning supervisor to join our team At prestigious town centre offices.The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing excellent service to our clients.
Hours are 6pm to 8.15pm Monday to Friday
Pay is £13-£14 per hour depending on experience
Duties
* Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
* Good supervisor experience would be an asset as you will be required to collate hours and send Them weekly to our company office manager .
* Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and mopped as required.
* Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately, ensuring compliance with environmental standards.
* Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
* Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requirements or concerns.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
Report weekly hours used to the company office .Skills
* Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
* Proficient in English to ensure clear communication of tasks and requirements.
* Ability to drive may be beneficial for accessing various locations as needed.
* Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within the team and address client needs promptly.
