EA to CEO and COS AS/7209 £45,000 - £51,000 Perm West End A fantastic opportunity to work for a government lead organisation within Healthcare supporting at C-Suite level with exposure to high profile stakeholders and senior leaders. Our client is going through a period of transformation with new policies, teams and processes taking place so this role has huge potential to make a big impact. The successful EA will be supporting their incredibly inspirational CEO, well known within the industry - well connected and passionate about their area of expertise. The role will also be providing support to their newly appointed Chief of Staff who is incredibly hard working and forward thinking. The successful EA must be meticulously organised, detail driven and discreet due to the level of exposure within this position. The role will also require excellent communication skills and confidence with stakeholder liaison. Prior PA/EA experience in a government lead organisation, charity or NFP would be incredibly beneficial. Duties will include: Complex diary management and inbox for the CEO and COS Managing timelines including actions and deadlines Meeting preparation including research and presentations Arranging meetings and travel booking Correspondence on behalf of the CEO and COS including letter writing and emails Oversight and management of highly confidential information Stakeholder engagement and management Managing internal relationships Updating records and internal systems Role details: Hours: 8am - 6pm 4 days per week office based with flexibility to work from home 1 day p/w 30 days holiday Bain and Gray is an equal opportunities employer.
