In the Compliance Administrator role, you will be: Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking actions Overseeing policy management, ensuring documentation is current, compliant, and well-organised Supporting GDPR processes and maintaining accurate records Assisting with admin tasks including communications, appointment and referral handling and record keeping Inputting invoices, raising purchase orders, and supporting general finance admin using Xero Managing counselling service admin including client intake, scheduling, session tracking, and invoicing To be successful, you will need: Previous experience in governance, compliance, administrative support A strong understanding of data protection and policy development Excellent organisation, communication, and attention to detail Confidence working independently and liaising with a range of stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client or finance systems (e.g. Xero) This is a temporary role for 4 months initially, working part-time 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday (typically 9:00am - 14:00pm). You'll be based in offices in Abergele, on a salary IRO £13.74 per hour plus benefits including weekly pay, holidays and more.
