Job Description:
Sales Ledger Officer - 12-Month Contract (Maternity Cover)
* 30.5 hours per week
* Location: Haverfordwest
* Salary: £25,000-£26,900 per annum FTE (£13-£14.00 per hour)
* Role overview: Maternity cover for a well-established West Wales business. The role requires high accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills for handling financial data and liaising with customers, clients, and colleagues.
Responsibilities include:
* Acting as the initial contact for customer sales inquiries
* Raising sales invoices and credit notes
* Supporting audit processes and month-end procedures
* Resolving pricing and invoicing queries in collaboration with customers and sales teams
Candidate requirements:
Experience in a finance-related role is preferred, with training available for strong administrators with invoicing exposure or financial training such as AAT or bookkeeping courses.
