This varied Senior Events Organiser role will suit an experienced and highly organised individual with a background in events and top-level support. You’ll be working closely with a senior director and supporting both corporate and private events. The office is based near Greenwich on the Elizabeth Line – ideal for candidates based in Kent, Bromley, or East London. The Role as an Senior Events Organiser – Events 80%, EA 10%, PA 10% Coordinate high-end corporate events (5–6 annually), such as golfing days, clay pigeon shooting at Holland & Holland, and go-karting at Buckmore Park Manage season ticket allocations for Premier League clubs such as Arsenal and Chelsea Liaising, negotiating, and engaging with vendors and venues Ensure seamless behind-the-scenes execution - this is not a front-of-house/events hosting role Light Private EA and PA work - including managing properties and liaising with family Maintain client databases and event budgets About You A strong background in events and EA support Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Personable and professional with a high EQ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Discreet, reliable, and experienced in handling confidential matters Commercial property experience is a plus, but not essential Fabulous perks including free daily lunch, free parking, Hybrid working after probation (3 days in office / 2 from home) Strong retention and internal development – many team members celebrating 10 years’ service If you’re an experienced event professional with a polished, can-do approach and are looking to join a close-knit, stable team with room to grow – we’d love to hear from you.
