We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Kirkybymoorside-based factory for a trainee Paint Spray operative. About the trainee Paint Spray operative role:
1. Assist in the production process, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to safety standards.
2. Working with composite materials such as fiberglass to create precise shapes.
3. Learning to read and follow technical drawings.
4. Operate machinery and equipment under supervision, following detailed instructions and guidelines.
5. Perform quality checks and report any issues to senior staff.
6. Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
About you:
7. No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
8. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
9. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
10. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
11. Basic understanding of production and manufacturing would be beneficial.
Must be able to drive to Kirkbymoorside or live locally for this role. This role is commutable from Scarborough, Pickering, Thirsk, and Malton
