Overview
University of the Arts London (UAL) is seeking to appoint a Campus Manager to lead the facilities management operations across the Camberwell, Lime Grove and Wimbledon campuses.

Following a 10-year Estates Strategy, the university is delivering new campuses and estate transformations to ensure the estate is fit for purpose, sustainable, and provides world-class facilities and experience for students, staff and partners. The Campus Manager will be part of a team expanding to around 25 new roles in estates and facilities management.
Responsibilities
* Be the key operational lead on site for facilities management, ensuring the effective delivery of services across multiple campuses.
* Oversee directly employed facilities staff and contracted service providers, ensuring high-quality, customer-focused delivery that meets health and safety requirements and supports UAL’s strategic goals.
* Lead daily operations of facilities management, including cleaning, maintenance, security, and building services.
* Work with internal stakeholders to ensure services meet campus needs, drive improvements, ensure compliance, and develop best-practice policies.
* Support campus projects, contribute to business continuity planning, and lead the FM response to on-site incidents.
* Build relationships with senior stakeholders and demonstrate a customer-centric, proactive, and solution-oriented leadership style.
Qualifications
* Exceptional knowledge and a strong track record in delivering and leading best-in-class facilities management services, particularly in dynamic, high-footfall and multisite environments.
* Adept at building relationships with senior stakeholders and providing inspirational leadership to teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Deep understanding of health and safety, building compliance, budget management, and project delivery.
