As a Customer Service Advisor, you will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring that all sales orders and queries are handled efficiently and with exceptional care. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction, supporting our finance and sales teams, and liaising with suppliers. Key Responsibilities: Process customer orders promptly and accurately. Resolve account queries and process credits/debits in a timely manner. Provide first-line support for sales ledger deductions and supplier recharges. Liaise directly with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery operations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation. Support finance teams with admin and data entry tasks. What We’re Looking For: Customer service experience is essential.
