About the Role:
Full-time teaching role in a Year 5 class with high needsCreate a nurturing and structured learning environment to support students' emotional and academic developmentWork closely with SEND specialists, teaching assistants, and external agencies to provide tailored supportPlan and deliver engaging lessons following the National Curriculum, adapted to suit students' needsPromote positive behaviour strategies and a trauma-informed approach to teachingAbout You:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essentialExperience working with children with SEN or additional SEND support is highly desirableA calm, patient, and adaptable approach to teachingStrong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with studentsPassionate about making a difference in children’s livesWhat Vision for Education offer
