Were looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Maintenance Surveyor to join our
Asset Management team. This isnt just another surveying role its your chance to support meaningful change and help us deliver on our mission of Safe Homes. Transforming Lives.
Reporting to the Regional Asset Manager, youll play a key role in supporting the delivery of our asset strategy across your region. Heres what youll get involved with:
* Carry out property inspections and condition surveys
* Support planned maintenance, repairs and capital investment projects
* Manage the Multi Skilled Operative (MSO) in your region
* Ensure our homes meet building safety and regulatory standards
* Deliver pre- and post-inspections of voids
* Liaise with contractors to ensure high-quality delivery
* Contribute to asset performance reviews and technical reporting
* Work collaboratively with housing, repairs and compliance colleagues
* Support sustainability and energy efficiency improvements
* Engage with vulnerable residents and our partners across supported housing
This is a hands-on role where visibility on our sites and services in the North is essential.
