What You'll Be Doing:
* Owning the full recruitment lifecycle for Technology & Transformation talent, giving both clients and candidates the VIP treatment.
* Building relationships with our UK client network, demonstrating why we're the go‑to partner for scaling their teams.
* More than just placements: you'll be supporting candidates from application to onboarding, building relationships that last.
* Becoming a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs inside and out.
* Sharing your successes (our marketing team will help you build your personal brand).
* Getting involved in the UK transformation scene, from events to webinars.
What You'll Need:
* Proven 360 Perm/Contract experience, including new business development.
* Ideally, experience in a vertical market.
* A genuine passion for connecting with candidates and staying ahead of recruitment trends.
* Proficiency with ATS systems, sourcing tools, and data analytics.
* Excellent communication skills, a team player attitude, and an open mind.
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a self‑starter mentality.
* Familiarity with Google Workspace (we're a Google shop).
* A commitment to inclusive workplaces.
* Bonus points for karaoke skills, a good sense of humour, and being a genuinely good person.
