Overview
Staff Power are delighted to be working alongside a well established manufacturing company. We are looking for an individual with General Office experience, but no financial experience is necessary as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

1. Answering phone calls:Professionally handle all incoming telephone calls, route enquiries to the appropriate departments, take accurate messages, and provide clear and courteous information to callers while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
2. Attending to visitors:Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ensure they sign in where required, notify relevant staff of arrivals, and maintain a welcoming and organized reception or front-office environment.
3. Invoice posting:Accurately capture, verify, and post invoices into the accounting or billing system, ensure correct coding and documentation, follow up on discrepancies, and maintain up-to-date and well-organized financial records.
