We are Recruiting Experienced Care Assistants, to work for our clients in their residential homes in Marborough!
This is the ideal role if you are looking for a fully flexible position where no day is the same!
You will be able to pick and choose the hours and services you want to work in!
The Role
This is a temporary, ad hoc role. You will be supporting our clients covering staffing gaps from sickness and holidays.
As an Agency Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of care settings in the Wiltshire area.
This particular residential home offers a lovely homey environment where each resident has their own private room.
This home is split into three households, each with its own large communal lounge for the residents to socialise, a private dining room is available for the residents to host their own get togethers with family and friends and a cinema room shows films daily on the big screen.
Large well maintained gardens surround the home for the residents to enjoy with friends and family!
You will provide person centred support in all aspects of each individuals day to day lives, following care plans to enable the individual to be as independent as possible.
You will be a hardworking and motivated individual and be able to hit the ground running in each service, and to be able to adapt to each service user's preference.
You will be passionate about helping others to live their best lives.
