We are currently recruiting for a Security Officer to work on one of our prestigious contracts located in Northampton.
Shifts: 4 on 4 off, or as operationally required days and nights 12 hour shifts.
Key Duties
·Maintain regular liaison with the supervisors and duty managers
·Respond and report on all security incidents
·Attend and manage emergencies, including fire evacuation, first aid conflict management and physical intervention
·Carry out investigation independently
·Comprehensive report writing in relation to incidents including witness statements, incidents reports
·Escalation of incidents to ICTS management
·Ensure standing orders are read, understood and signed
·Recommend to Operations Manager, any changes required to standing orders
·Ensure all security documentation are completed correctly
·Ensure all security areas are kept clean and tidy
·Report loss/damage of security equipment
·Maintenance of Client, ICTS, and quality control Standards and Company Procedures;
·Maintain the required professional standards of operation, in accordance with Company requirements;
·To act within the authorities set out by Managers and the company's Assignment working procedures;
·To carry out any other duties as directed by Supervisor or Managers
·Promote ICTS (UK) & Ireland Ltd positively.

·Previous security experience would be an advantage
·Flexible team member with ability to communicate with the client, managers and colleagues.
