The Role:
So, what will you be doing as an Electrical Inspector…
Product testing for conformance, which include typical tests such as continuity, bonding, resistance. Programming and use of ATEs is very desirable. Adherence to work instructions and managing non-conforming products is required. Work consists of high volume electrical cable manufacturing as well as one-off or investigtion work. You are required to work to IPC610 & 620 standards

Essential
IPC620 - Requirements and Acceptance for Cable and Wire Harness Assemblies
Understanding and handling of ESD products
Performing electrical inspection verification by use of measurement hand tools such as Digital Volt Multimeters, Ohmmeters
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately
Basic problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot minor issues
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Desirable
IPC610 - Electronic Assembly Standard
ATE programming and testing
Ability to manage changing priorities in a dynamic environment
Experience with SAP or similar systems
Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
Logical approach to problem-solving and data interpretation
