We are looking for a MeterOperations Coordinator to join our successful Site Servicesteam. This is Home Based role with travel required to ourKirkham (Lancashire) head office.
Role andResponsibilities
The Meter Operations team areresponsible for securing and overseeing the management of metering anddata contracts for electricity and gas customers within the clientbase, including metering rollout programs. Reporting to the Head OfMeter Operations, the successful candidate will be confident indealing with account managers and suppliers, have experience in usingCRMs and have strong IT skills.
The successfulcandidate's responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Manage and grow a project portfolio anddeliver expert advice on utility metering and siteworks services
* Define and document energy metering and data collectionstrategies based on the project requirements
* Maintaining,monitoring, and updating programme and project plans, includingschedules and industry flows
* Attend and arrange progressupdate meetings, set agendas, take minutes, and create, update, andmaintain action, risk, and issues logs
* Liaise and communicateeffectively with all project stakeholders, including suppliers, agentsand client(s)
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure theCRM is being maintained with the updated meter technical details
* Participate in regular training / learning activities tomain, develop and strengthen knowledge
* Contribution todevelopment of new product and service offerings,
* Read andcomply with the company Health & Safety Policy; taking reasonable carefor the Health & Safety of themselves and others; co-operate withmanagers and other employees in fulfilling our objectives andstatutory duties.
Experience andQualifications
* Strongcommunication both written and verbal and collaboration skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in adynamic, fast-paced environment
* Experience working with CRMsystems
* A good working knowledge of Microsoft Officeapplications (Excel essential)
* Experience in a metering orsimilar role
* Experience in management of registration and‘Data flow’ processes within UK commercial electricity market
* Experience in utility network infrastructure and metering
