Graduate Development at GHD – Job Description
The Graduate Program is a two-year global graduate development programme designed to develop future leaders and technical specialists in the Engineering teams for Water, Energy, Industrial, Property and Buildings sectors. The role is based in Manchester or Chester Office and involves working on a portfolio of projects across the UK and overseas.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Delivering technical assignments, work elements, work packages and project engineering design activities under supervision.
* Performing numerical analysis, design calculations and preparing technical reports.
* Using software to undertake engineering design.
* Attending site visits and design team meetings as required.
* Working alongside senior engineers and consultants to successfully deliver projects in a team environment.
* Applying acquired skills and knowledge in a range of environments.
Required Qualifications and Skills
* An honours degree in Chemical Engineering.
* Understanding of the application of engineering principles and design development.
* Problem solving and collaborative teamwork with good communication skills.
